1. What is the objective of programs offered?
We have a variety of programs offered here in Flyproplus which will help the candidate enhance their Communications skills & Personality and more industry appropriate courses helping them compete proactively in the fast growing industry.
2. Are the courses offered by Flyproplus recognised?
Since we are a new organisation our courses are under the process of being recognised and as you join us you will see that we are working on various other such aspects which will help our candidate in future immensely.
3. Does Flyproplus offer courses through distance learning?
Unfortunately, we do not offer distance learning, as our main objective is to personally polish our candidates skills which is only possible when we train them personally in our education friendly infrastructure.
4. How can I take admission to the various courses conducted by Flyproplus?
Its very simple, You will need to

5. What is the Infrastructure of the Institute?
We have fully air conditioned Audio-Visual classrooms using modernised teaching aids. We make sure our classrooms are very clean, pleasant and present a welcoming environment for the candidate.
6. What is the duration, fee & admission criterion?
Course duration, fees and criteria depends on the type of course you want to enrol yourself into. E.g if you want to enrol yourself into our Airhostess/Flight steward Training course the duration is 12 Months, admission criteria is 10+2 from a recognised board or university, height should be 155cms and weight as per BMI. And the course fee would be Rs.1,50,000 which you can pay in instalments or however it is convenient for you.
7. What are the fields in which the jobs are offered?
Aviation and hospitality have a wide range of jobs offered. In the aviation industry one can opt for jobs in flight like Airhostess / flight steward (cabin-crew) or Commercial Pilot. In the hospitality industry one can get into hotels or cruise liners. Retail jobs are also available with the help of our retail management course which is only for 08 weeks. One can also get into travel and tourism industry.
8. Where and when are the classes held? What about the faculty at Study Centres?
We have classes 05 days a week 04-06 hours per day depending on the course you opt for. We have highly experienced and qualified staff from the industry.
9. Where Can I get the jobs?
Aviation industry, Retail marketing, travel and tourism, hospitality and hotel industry, cruise liner etc. Besides that we have courses which not only help you get jobs but also enhance and polish your skills.
10. What are the placement chances?
We offer full placement assistance after successful completion of course.
11. What will be the Salary Structure after the job?
As a fresher the monthly salary would start from Rs 30,000-50,000. After you have gained experience from domestic carriers you can opt for international airlines which pay a starting salary of upto Rs.2,00,000 a month.
12. Safety in the industry?
Aviation is one of the fastest growing industries. There is a high demand of qualified individuals to fill the ever growing number of jobs in this industry. Having spent more than 10 years in the industry I believe its one of the most safest environments to work in.
13. What is the Selection and retirement age?
Criteria may vary from airline to airline but the standard eligibility would be weight as per BMI, normal vision, height of minimum 155cms. If your area of interest is flying then you can continue as long as you are fit to fly.
14. What is the Industry stability?
Well every industry has its own pros and cons you must be aware of it and like I mentioned before it’s a very rapid growing industry there’s always ample amount of jobs in the industry, you just need to have a go getter attitude.
15. What will the work environment be?
Not only is it a very safe but also a very fun environment, it teaches you to be patient, calm and makes you disciplined. Being in this field actually teaches you to have fun at work and be happy with what you are doing.
16. What is the Job security?
Once you get through an airlines recruitment process it all depends on you and your performance at work and the kind of contract you have with the airline. Our job here at Flyproplus is to prepare you for your professional endeavour.
17. What kind of duty hours will be there?
Depending on the industry you choose to work in your duty timings will vary.Duty hours in flight services are strictly regulated by rules and regulations of the Aviation ministry. A person can work for a maximum of 12 hours a day, a minimum of 36 hours rest after flying for 5 days.
18. I am 150cms tall, but I want to become a cabin crew, what are my options?
You can opt for Charter Airlines, Corporate Airlines and Private airlines which are growing immensely as well. These carriers operate smaller aircrafts with lesser seating capacity. There are a lot of charter airlines such as Air One, Club One Air, Reliance, Adani Group, Mahindra's you can opt for one of them.
19. Can boys be cabin crew? Is this a good career for boys?
Yes indeed, they are called flight stewards, and it is a good career for boys as well. In a lot of international airlines there are more boys than girls working as cabin crew.
20. Do you provide accommodation as well?
We do not provide accommodation, but we are happy to assist you in finding a place within 1km radius of our establishment.
21. My English is weak, can I enrol in your training program?
Yes of course, that’s what we are here for, to help you work and improve on your weak areas. Our Diploma in Aviation and hospitality course includes improving your communication skills. We will help you polish your English, your vocabulary and will also prepare you for interview techniques.
22. How can I expect to grow professionally in this career?
There is definitely a lot of growth in the industry. You start as a fresher, after attaining an experience of 2 years or after completion of 1000 hours of flying you can get promoted to a Senior Crew post. Once you have an experience in the airline of 4-5 years you can become an Assistant Base Manager and eventually the base manager. You can also become an instructor as airlines look for experienced staff within the airlines to teach the new recruits.
23. Do airline conduct their own training once I join them?
Yes they do, since different airlines have different types of aircrafts and their operating procedures differ from each other they do conduct their own training as well to teach you their procedures service and safety wise.
24. Why is the course one year long? what do you teach in this course? Why should I do this training if the airlines also conduct their own training?
We teach you everything from scratch and in detail. We will enlighten you about the smallest aspect of aviation & hospitality and how they function. We are going to work on your communication skills, personality development, grooming and how to tackle interviews. These qualities are a must to get through an airlines interview process.
The airlines training is specific to the airline procedures and aircrafts operated by the airline. These courses are short duration and do not provide ample time for the student to grasp the bigger concepts. Also, if the students are not able to perform they will not be allowed to continue with the training.
25. Do I need any formal training before going to an airline interview?
It is not a criteria, but it is always good to go prepared before you appear for any kind of interview. I have had instances where a candidate goes for an interview and faces rejections several times. A lot of candidates do get lucky and make it through the airlines without any training but at Flyproplus academy we make sure our students don't depend on their luck to make it through. Our training course makes sure that you get through into an airline of your choice and not just any airline.
